Wedding Reception Fees and Packages

Rental fees are based upon the size and day of your event. Plaza Lecea does have flexible date offerings, including daytime or Sunday wedding dates available. The following pricing breakdown is subject to change, and a contract must be signed to lock in any given rate.

Event Amenities

>> Evening Events (anytime after 5:00 p.m.) include:

  • Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests
  • Tablecloths, chair covers, and sashes in a variety of colors
  • 20’ x 20’ custom dance floor (Standard location in Rosemeré room)
  • Set up and clean up
  • Security for the duration of the event (Events are based on 5 hour period)
  • Event Coordinator on-site

>> Day Events (Sunday through Friday only) are scheduled anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and include:

  • Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests
  • White floor length tablecloths
  • Set up and clean up
  • 20’ x 20’ custom dance floor (Standard location in Rosemeré room)
  • Event Coordinator on-site
