Wedding Ceremony and Reception Floor Plans
The Event Center is located in the penthouse suite of the Plaza Lecea building on the 4th floor. You may rent portions of the space for smaller events, or the entire floor to accommodate up to 300 guests.
Ceremony Set-Up
We have several options for your wedding ceremony, including three floor plans for a ceremony in our two-story atrium lobby and one floor plan for a ceremony in our exclusive Boardroom. With accommodations for up to 95 guests, a ceremony at Plaza Lecea will create memories that last a lifetime.
Rosemere
Our Rosemere room has the perfect sunset backdrop for your next event. Accommodations include seating for up to 100 guests, access to our covered patio and a customizable dance floor.
Aster Hall
Aster Hall has accommodations for up to 100 guests and provides your event with a custom dance floor, ornate marble topped cake table, grand silver mirror, access to our covered patio and beautiful tree top views.
The Boardroom
With floor to ceiling windows, the Boardroom has remarkable views during the day and spectacular views in the evening. The Boardroom accommodates up to 70 guests and has a marble topped credenza with onyx backing, full AV capabilities with a drop down screen and 5200 Lumen projector and a covered balcony to enjoy the panoramic views. If you would like a dance floor for your event, we offer seating for 60 guests.
Rosemere and Aster Hall
Our two smaller ballrooms open up to one grand space with windows facing the San Antonio skyline. A covered patio is a great addition to this space, along with a marble topped cake table, customizable dance floor and focal lighting. This space has accommodations for up to 230 guests for your next event.
Entire Fourth Floor
When renting the entire penthouse suite, your guests will have access to all three event spaces including the large ballroom (Rosemere & Aster Hall combined) and the picturesque Boardroom. The entire 4th floor has accommodations for up to 300 guests max and everyone will have full access to our covered balcony and patio.
